Whereas spring is seen as a time of new beginnings, autumn is the metaphor for letting go. Leaves change colour and fall to the ground when it's time. By doing so, they're letting go of the past.
However, it's not only the past we can let go of, but also habits, behaviours, anger and so on.
What are YOU willing to let go of?
I'm learning to stop complaining. It never occured to me that I get caught up in things that don't go the way I want them to go. Thomas has taught me to accept those things and to focus my attention on changing them for the better.
What about you?
