Bismillah. Udah lama gak masak keumamah. Rencananya hari ini mau masak keumamah tapi berhubung ada kenduri jadi ikannya aja dulu direbus untuk buang bau amis. Besok aja kita olah untuk keumamah. Ini ya tips dari saya supaya ikan tongkol yg mau dimasak untuk keumamah tidak berbau amis. Bisa direbus dulu selama 20 menit dengan penambahan daun belimbing, serai, baput dan jahe yg sudah digeprek. Setelah direbus bisa diolah sesuai keinginan. Bisa disimpan di dalam kulkas jika sudah benar2 dingin ya untuk diolah di hari berikutnya. (Jangan lupa daun belimbingnya dibuang semua ya yg masih nempel di ikan, di video blm dibuang krn udah keburu Baby Maleeka bangun 😂) Biasanya ikan tongkol yg sudah direbus begini saya olah untuk masak keumamah, kuah lemak ikan keumamah dan tumis cabe ijo. Kalau keumamah ala saya itu ikannya setelah direbus tidak dijemur tetapi digoreng. Selera saya ya gitu gak suka ikannya kalau udah terlalu keras, gak nikmat rasanya kalau dimakan. I know a lot of people don’t like “foodie” or food related pictures and posts because we all eat and we don’t have to capture every single thing that we consume on a daily basis. Even so, cooking is something I really enjoy. When I was a teen, I was obsessed with The Food Network Channel and actually wanted to go to some school for culinary arts. It was a short lived dream once I discovered my real passion was all about dogs. I do still love cooking because I can be as creative or bold as I want to be when I cook or bake. Some things turn out amazing and some things....not so much. My extra spicy pumpkin pie a few years ago is one example. Even with disappointments like that, I still like making something my own and I will never apologize for capturing photos of something that interests me! This was my second time making this crock pot chili, and it turned out delicious!

CHEENA PIAS Pour 500 ml of milk each in two separate pans. Start heating both simultaneously. Boil the milk in the first pan and add two dates and handful of other nuts and continue boiling until it reduces to a little less than half its quantity (200ml). When the milk in the second pam comes to the boil, turn off the flame. Immediately add lemon juice , stirring until milk curdles. Strain and add to the reduced milk in the first pan. Ingredients: 12 ounces rotini pasta 1 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cup frozen corn, thawed Fresh basil, for serving Dressing 2 ripe avocados, peeled and cored 1 cup baby spinach 1/2 cup almondmilk Juice of 1 lemon 1 garlic clove Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well. You can thaw the frozen corn in the pasta cooking water in the last 3-4 minutes of cooking time. 2. To make the avocado dressing, combine the avocados, spinach, almond milk, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic to a blender or food processor. Season with salt and pepper. With the motor running, add olive oil slowly until dressing is emulsified, smooth and creamy. 3. In a large bowl, toss the pasta with the dressing, tomatoes, corn and avocados. Last night we had Zucchini noodles for our dinner meal! Yes you got it right - zoodles! #Zuchini is a zero fat and high fiber vegetable which comes with a pack of nutrients, no less than a super vegetable. So why not try and make meals with it that are delicious yet healthy. How I made it Serves 2 people I got one zuchini 3 tomato's 3-4 garlic cloves 1 tsp of oil A bowl full of vegetables like red and yellow bell pepper, capsicum , brocolli and some spinach (all these vegetables can be hand full ) And 1 onion I used a peeler to make my zuchini noodles (it was easy and looked nice ) In a non stick pan Heath oil , add finely chopped garlic cloves , cook until brown add the tomatoes (cut and chop finely) cook untill they become really soft like a paste Once done, remove it from the flame and keep it a side. In another pan add the cut chop onion let it brown , add all the vegetable diced into cubes except the spinach, once all the veggies are slightly cooked add salt to taste , I added red peprika power , you may also add seasoning of your choice too. Now once you toss it with salt and peprika - add spinach ( I blanched them before adding ) do not cook for long once spinach is added and then finally at last you can add the zuchini noodles (I washed hem properly and sterilised before adding them to the mixture by keeping them in booking water for about a minute.) Once done , serve hot! This is an amazing meal for vegan ! Pulled some celery root from the garden today and made this amazing curried celery root soup. Love seeing food go right from the garden to my table. ****** Sauté 2 leeks and 1 onion until soft; Add in 2 cloves garlic for 1 min, then madras curry powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika for 30 seconds; Add 1 large celery root and 2 gold potatoes diced, cover with chicken stock and simmer for 45 min; Immersions blend until smooth; Stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream; Season to taste; Top with crispy bacon and chive.

CHEENA PIAS Pour 500 ml of milk each in two separate pans. Start heating both simultaneously. Boil the milk in the first pan and add two dates and handful of other nuts and continue boiling until it reduces to a little less than half its quantity (200ml). When the milk in the second pan comes to the boil, turn off the flame. Immediately add lemon juice , stirring until milk curdles. Strain and add to the reduced milk in the first pan. Remove from heat and stir well. Let it cool completely. Add the fruit of your choice ( preferably pomegranateb, strawberry , mango or chikoo Serve chilled.
