Serves 2: 100g porridge oats 300mls almond & coconut milk 1 tsp cacao powder 1 sachet chocolate protein powder 2 bananas 2 tsp desiccated coconut Place milk, 2 powders & 1 banana sliced in a nutri bullet. Sunday breakfast stack! We had a bit of a house party /chill last night where nearly everyone ordered in pizza and loooots of wine was in the house, but I stayed strong (somehow!) with the help of @beeaye1401 who was also not indulging in the pizza - thanks love! Followed by an unexpected txt from my consultant - who is clearly psychic - asking how I was getting on. I had some crisps and a single glass of wine. Well done me!! 🍐TORTA IN TAZZA PERE E CANNELLA🍐 #senzaglutine #senzalatte #senzazuccheroraffinato . . Ho trovato questa splendida ricettina sul profilo di @vita__di__pi, cui vi invito a dare un'occhiata! È pieno di spunti per biscotti e dolcini monoporzione, ho salvato diverse sue ricette che non vedo l'ora di provare!😃 . . È stata la seconda volta in cui ho provato una MUG CAKE, ovvero una torta in tazza cotta a microonde. Ho postato pochi giorni fa una versione al cioccolato (che, visto la mia passione per le cose cioccolatose, resta ancora la mia preferita al momento 😋), ma resta il fatto che questa "tecnica" consente di preparare dolcini salutari in pochissimo tempo, ed in tantissime varianti! . . 🔸️50 gr di farina di avena (frullate i fiocchi se non la avete, in sostituzione dovrebbe andar bene quella di grano saraceno!) 🔸️15 gr di farina di mandorle 🔸️1 uovo 🔸️40 gr di latte vegetale senza zucchero 🔸️5 gr di miele (si può omettere o ridurre, dipende quanto siete abituati ai dolci poco dolci😏) 🔸️mezzo cucchiaino di lievito per dolci 🔸️una puntina di bicarbonato 🔸️100 gr di #pera (meglio se matura) 🔸️#cannella a piacere . . Io ho usato una ciotolina qui, ecco perché la forma a cupoletta. Ho unito farine, cannella uovo e latte, mescolando bene. Ho aggiunto poi bicarbonato e lievito (setacciati se hanno i grumetti!), e girato bene con un cucchiaino fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Incorporate poi 80 gr di pera a pezzettini piccoli, lasciandovi qualche cubetto per la decorazione. Va cotta a microonde (medio-alto, 700watt) 4 minuti, poi rimossa dalla ciotolina e capovolta in un piatto, e cotta ancora un altro minuto. VEGAN CHINESE DUMPLINGS? 🇨🇳😍🥟 Get the recipe below! ⠀ ✔️2 1/4 cups (310g) all-purpose flour ✔️3/4 tsp salt ✔️3 tbsp sweet potato powder ✔️3/4 cup + 3 tbsp warm water ⠀ Filling (steps below): ⠀ ✔️1 240g block extra firm tofu, drained of excess water and then mashed ✔️15 pieces (60g) dried shiitake mushroom, makes ✔️1 ¼ cup rehydrated minced ✔️1 head (450g) raw cabbage, makes 2 ½ cup minced ✔️1 sweet potato (100g), makes 1/2 cup minced ✔️2 small raw carrots (200g), makes 1 cup minced ✔️1 red onion, chopped ✔️3 cloves garlic, minced ✔️2 tsp salt ✔️1 ½ tbsp oil ✔️2 ½ tbsp cornstarch ⠀ Making the dough and dumplings: ⠀ 1. Add in flour, sweet potato powder & salt in mixing bowl. Mix. Create a well in the center and pour in the warm water. ⠀ 2. Use a spatula/chopsticks to mix the flour and water. Once the dough starts to come together, use your hands to mix the bits of dough. Knead together for several minutes. If the dough is a bit dry, add a splash of warm water. ⠀ 3. Shape the dough into a ball. Place it in a bowl. Cover with a damp towel and let it rest for 15 minutes. ⠀ 4. Knead the dough a few more times. Return to the bowl then cover with a towel. Let rest for 15 more minutes. ⠀ Divide the dough into 35 pieces. Roll out into wrappers. Place the filling and then seal the dumplings.
