#bodytrasformation ..Lunedì..Primo check dopo le prime 6 settimane di lavoro interamente svolto in personal training. Il mio cliente era in stop dopo una frattura all' omero sinistro con conseguente innesto e supporti. Rielaborando dieta e allenamento siamo passati dal peso di 92kg ad 85, ottenendo ad oggi, un progresso focalizzato sulla riduzione del grasso addominale fondamentale per iniziare a costruire volumi e ottenere una proporzione fisica ottimale. Valutando l'infortunio e la poca elasticità iniziale ho optato per un hiit training program con il solo ausilio di ketterbell e trx, ottenendo mobilità già dalle prime sedute ed elasticità calibrando sempre una buona continuità nello stretching. Adesso inizieremo un training volto a strutturare una corretta e armonica condizione fisica. O psoas é um músculo curto, meio escondido, metido lá dentro do nosso corpo. Mas, ele é o maior estabilizador do corpo humano e quando está encurtado, afeta o nosso equilíbrio, reduz a amplitude dos nossos movimentos mais corriqueiros e atrapalha o funcionamento saudável dos órgãos do abdômen. . Também é importante lembrar que o psoas é considerado um órgão de percepção composto de tecido bio-inteligente - tem a ver com nosso desejo de sobreviver, de florescer, de atingir níveis de consciência mais altos - isso porque ele é o mensageiro do sistema nervoso central, um porta-voz das nossas emoções. . E o psoas, no ritmo acelerado em que vivemos, se sobrecarrega de adrenalina o tempo todo - disso resulta o estresse e a tensão permanente que acaba com a nossa saúde. Tem a ver com a vida sedentária, também, o seu encurtamento. 🛑Quando o psoas está encurtado a nossa postura fica mais encurvada (a mesma de quando estamos sentados) e essa posição, a gente sabe, gera dor nas costas, o ciático chia e, se não cuidarmos, poderá resultar em comprometimento da coluna, quadris e problemas com os órgãos abdominais (desde problemas digestivos até cólicas abdominais inexplicáveis). . Quando temos o psoas contraído cronicamente a sobrecarga envia sinais de alerta ao corpo todo, como se estivéssemos prontos a saltar e correr (há uma sobrecarga de adrenalina, claro) o que gera esgotamento das supra-renais e do sistema imunológico. ☀️Lembrando de tudo isso, devemos aprender a alongar o psoas e, principalmente, transformar o hábito do alongamento em uma rotina diária. . The gym was absolutely packed. So I picked a corner and just played. Got my heart rate up, challenged my body, did some functional movements and broke a great sweat. Not every workout has to be strategically designed or perfect. Healthy day to day exercise is so much more than just programming. Celebrate that movement and enjoy it! Slide 5 has 2 exercises. I rarely do conventional cardio. But I incorporate into my workouts by spiking my heart rate...because it’s good for me. Cardiovascular health is important! It took me a few days to put this out there. I needed to recover. Last #thursday @edward_maloiso and @flexing.virago_bw somehow tricked me into lifting the 60kg dumbbells. I thought I was doing the 50s. After struggling to get them up, I managed three reps. I had never done that weight before the other day. That is one way of #breakingplateaus. I am not sure I recommend it, unless you run with wolves like mine. Here is to #breakingplateaus #byanymeansnecessary
